Free delivery for orders of $99 and above in Canada and $199 and above in the United States.
For all orders below $99, the delivery cost is variable and calculated during the transaction.

Canada Post delivery
In Canada, orders are provided by Canada Post and in other parts of the world, by UPS, FedEx, canpar, Loomis and other airlines.
*Delivery is not allowed in the P.O. Box.
*ID card and signature may be required when delivering the package.
*Items shipped directly by the manufacturer or jeweler can be shipped by another transportation company.
The shipping time is 2-7 working days
If the item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 2-7 working days. Then, the receiving time may vary depending on the destination or delivery method selected in the transaction.
Additional delays may occur due to the following reasons:
The size of the product must be changed.
Jewelry must be ordered from the manufacturer or designed by the jeweler.
Products need special customization (e.g. etching)
For orders of $1000 and above, in order to prevent fraud, we sent a form before preparing the order.
Return and exchange
The return is valid for 30 days after pre authorization. Items must not be worn, cleaned or damaged, and must be attached with labels and invoices.
All refunds must be approved and must meet all requirements set out in our return policy. If the refund does not meet all the requirements of our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
How to return?
Each return request must be authorized in advance. For this, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, together with your order number, and explain to us the reason for this return request.
- The refund will be based on the original payment method used in your order and may take 3-5 business days to receive the refund.
- The actual freight of origin is not refundable.
- The return fee, such as freight and packing fee, will not be refunded.
Can I return or exchange,

- Discount goods, final sales goods or promotional goods cannot be returned.
- Items purchased at a fixed price in the balance section are in final sales status and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been customized, etched, enlarged or customized cannot be returned.
How to return damaged items?
