Deliveries and returns offers a simple and fast delivery service.

Free shipping for the purchase of $ 99 and more

  1. Deliveries are free on orders of $ 99 and over, in Canada and free on the $ 199 order and more, in the United States.

  2. The delivery cost is variable for all commands of less than $ 99 and is calculated during the transaction.

* Excludes taxes and gift cards. Exceptions may apply, including for oversized products.

Delivery by post Canada

In Canada, order shipment is provided by Canada Post and, for the rest of the world, by various carriers such as UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Loomis.

* Postal boxes are not allowed for delivery.

* An identity card and signature could be required when handing over the package.

* The shipment of articles sent directly by the manufacturer or jeweler (e) could be made by another transport company.

The shipping time is 2 to 7 working days

If the items are inventory, orders are shipped between 2 to 7 working days. The receipt time, then, may vary depending on the destination or mode of delivery chosen during the transaction.


Additional delays may arrive for the following reasons:

  1. The size of a product must be changed.

  2. The jewel must be ordered from the manufacturer or designed by the jeweler.

  3. The product requires special customization (eg engraving)

  4. For orders of $ 1000 and more, by mutual protection against fraud, we send a form to be completed before preparing the order.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are valid within 30 days of the date of purchase, following a pre-authorization. Articles must be returned unworn, unwashed, without damage and with the tied label, accompanied by your invoice.

All repayments are subject to approval and must meet all the requirements set out in our returns policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet all the conditions required by our returns policy.

Handling costs and delivery actual (before free shipping promotion if applicable) are non-refundable.

How can I return?

Each return request must be pre-authorized. To do this, contact us at, with your order number and explain the reason for this return request.


  • The refund will be made on the original payment method used for your order, and can take between 3-5 working days after the return has been received.
  • The actual shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Return costs such as shipping, the box are not refundable.

  • The items purchased in the balance section at a fixed price are for sale final, so can not be returned or exchanged.
  • The articles that have been customized, with engraving, a size or custom-designed setting can not be returned or exchanged.

How can I return a damaged item?
