In-stock products (jewelry and watches): You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. We provide the return label free of charge.

Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry: These unique pieces are final sales (non-returnable, non-refundable).

Online: Carefully pack your jewelry or watch in its original case and packaging. Submit your request directly via our return and exchange portal (accessible in your customer account) or contact our team at info@mathieublanchard.ca to obtain your prepaid return label. All you need to do then is drop off your package at the indicated drop-off point.

In-store: You may also visit us directly at the boutique at 30 rue Johnson, Granby. For in-store exchanges, 100% of the amount is credited toward your new purchase, with no restocking fees.

For international orders, you benefit from the same 14-day return period following receipt.

If you are returning items from outside of Canada:

• Shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of the return label.
• Non-refundable fees: Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A prepaid return label is always provided.

• In-store exchange: 100% of the amount is credited toward your new purchase, with no restocking fees.
• Online return (refund): A 5% restocking fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom-made rings (Gold or Platinum):

• The first resizing is 100% free (up to ±1 size) within 3 months of receipt. We fully cover the return label and reshipment costs. Contact our team at info@mathieublanchard.ca with your requested new size to receive your return label.
• Technical note: Eternity bands (fully set) as well as rings incorporating wood, meteorite, resin, ceramic, or carbon fiber cannot be resized.

In-stock rings:

• In-store: You can exchange your ring directly for the correct size (100% of the amount credited, free of charge).
• Online: Return the ring within 14 days (a 5% restocking fee applies to the refund), then simply order the correct size on the website. The return label is provided at no extra cost.

Every adjustment is performed in our workshops in Montreal and Granby:

• Standard lead time: Approximately 6 weeks.
• Express Option (10 business days): Available starting at $150 CAD + taxes (subject to the availability of our workshop artisans).
• Holiday Season: Due to high workshop volume, any jewelry submitted for resizing, repair, or maintenance from November 1st will be ready starting in January.

Financing: You can spread the cost of your order over several monthly payments by selecting Affirm at checkout.

Returns: Once the return is approved, the refund amount (minus the 5% restocking fee) is sent directly to Affirm to reduce or cancel your loan balance.

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshops, we will send you an approval email. Your refund is then automatically processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Affirm), minus a 5% restocking fee. The amount will appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Required condition: The jewelry or watch must be intact and unworn, with its tags, original protective films, and original packaging/case.

Final sales: Bespoke, personalized or engraved pieces, workshop services and repairs, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and purchases over $2,000 CAD.
