MathieUbranchard.ca offers a simple and fast delivery service.

Free shipping for the purchase of $ 99 and more

Deliveries are free on orders of $ 99 and over, in Canada and free on the order of $ 149 and more, in the United States. Excludes taxes and gift cards. Exceptions may apply, including for oversized products.

The shipping of orders is provided by Canada Post and various carriers such as Canpar, Purolator and UPS.

  • Postal boxes are not allowed for delivery.
  • An identity card and signature could be required when handing over the package.
  • The shipment of items sent directly by the manufacturer or jeweler could be made by another transport company.


Processing orders and delivery times

Inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours and are treated from Monday to Friday, except holidays. An email will be sent to you including your invoice, as well as the information allowing you to follow your parcel live on our website or on the Canada Post site or other carriers such as Canpar, Purolator and UPS.

Orders are shipped from our Saguenay warehouse for Quebec and outside Quebec, at the address you mentioned for delivery.

All delivery require signature. If you are not at home at the time of delivery of the package and there is no safe place to drop it off, the deliveryman will leave a card indicating where you can go looking for it.

 

Additional time

In the case that additional time is requested, for creation, a note on the product sheet indicates in order to the required time. Most of the time, the creation requires less time, but it could happen that the latter asks a few more days, especially during high periods, during leave or if a room must be ordered (stone, metal, etc.) . Additional delays may arrive for the following reasons:

  • The size of a product must be changed.
  • The jewel must be ordered from the manufacturer or designed by a jeweler or company.
  • The product requires special customization (eg engraving, setting size)


TIME LIMIT Estimated DELIVERY

Regional- Quebec and Ontario: 2-3 days

National- a Canadian city to another Canadian city Example: MTL-Vancouver: 2-7 days

United States (USA): 4 to 10 working days according to the regions. Shipments for the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and its American partners. American customs generally apply brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the service of the US positions.

Inernational: 6 to 14 working days by country. International shipments will be shipped via Canada Post and its international partners. Brokerage fees generally apply to international shipments, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the service of your country's positions.

If it's happened; No refund or credit will be made for customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes and other import charges related to customs clearance of your order.

Note that shipping and handling charges for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer for orders from the International.
