To request a buyback, please fill out the form below.

• After receiving your request, an invoice will be sent to you by email with a secure payment button.
• The application and payment of the initial amount plus interest (18%)* must be completed within 15 days of the transaction.
• We recommend that you do not wait until the last day to submit your application and payment, as any application made on the last day does not guarantee timely processing.
• After validation and payment, your gold will be kept for 6 months at the Granby shop & workshop (30 Johnson Street).
  Beyond this time limit, it will be melted and cannot be recovered.
• Collection is exclusively in person, upon presentation of the original contract and valid identification. No delivery is possible.
• After the legal deadline, or in the absence of payment, the gold will be melted down and cannot be recovered.
  
  * Example :
  If we bought your gold for $100, you will have to pay back $100 + $18 interest (a total of $118) to get your property back.
