Refund policy


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with 100% of your purchase in the 14 days after receiptYou can make a request to return any merchandise, for an exchange or credit store (less shipping and handling charges).

It is possible to return only one jewel by order, if it had several items. This policy is applied to prevent abuse.

As a result of your explanations, our customer service representatives determine and validate eligibility for returns. The return of parcels without the prior approval of the customer service could be refused, interrupted or delayed.

Any article that received return approval, must be returned to its original state (nine), unused and with the original tagged labels attached. Requests for feedback due to quality problems, damage during shipping, color, style or model or size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem with the article received. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs or handling on all items returned for other reasons than those stipulated in this policy.

Any merchandise must be accompanied by the support ticket assigned to you by the customer service or a note, the invoice or proof of purchase (order number or order details). It must be returned to the original packaging (as much as possible), within a maximum of 14 days after the date of delivery for an exchange or credit to be eligible.

Non-returning articles include:

  • Gift cards
  • Special orders
  • The items of $ 1000 and more
  • Reasons not due to our mistake
  • Articles that have been customized (fit fit, engraving, etc.)
  • Piercing category jewelry
  • Any article that is not in its original state
  • Any damaged item or with missing parts
  • Articles on sale or discount (10% discounts or more)
  • Unique jewels, which have to be manufactured (collection examples: Jean Bastien, Caroline Savoie, Serafino, Christine Dwane, CMA)

The returned product should not have beenused, do not have been engraved or customized and in its original state. The credit is subject to the examination of the goods by the team Any goods damaged or altered by a jeweler other than at, can not be returned.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be treated and you will automatically receive a credit / online shop credit that will be issued on a gift card you will receive by email. We reserve the right to charge handling and shipping costs on all returned items. * Bank transfer orders are refundable only by gift card.

Late or missing repayments (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, it may take some time before your refund is treated by the team. There is often processing time before a refund is issued.

REFUNDS Credit card (if applicable)

Recent changes in Terms of use of the PayPal service:

  • As of October 11, 2019: PayPal will no longer reimburse the charges of the initial transaction when refunding a customer.
  • This policy will not apply to duplicate, canceled or contested transactions.
  • There is no fee to process a refund.

As we have no control over PayPal service fees, reimbursement via PayPal will be deducted from 2.9% (Canada) or 3.5% (US)


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Unless the return is due to an error on our part in the command, like a bad length or color.

The shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, these fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your place of residence, the delivery time may vary for the reception of your product.

If you send an article that is expensive, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
