This guarantee applies to all our custom-made rings manufactured in our workshops, whether they are wedding bands, engagement rings or personalized creations.

• Duration: 3 years against manufacturing defects
• Manufacturing defect: An anomaly related to the design or assembly, usually detected quickly after receipt, not caused by wear and tear or an accident.
• Examples covered: Weld that breaks for no apparent reason. Setting that allows a stone to move upon delivery.
• Does not cover: Scratches, cracks, rings deformed by excessive force, loss, theft, lost stones or diamonds. Damage caused by improper use, neglect, cleaning, or storage. Replacement of the center stone. Any work performed by an outside jeweler.

If the repair is not covered, a quote will be provided.

This guarantee applies to rings purchased online or in stores, from imported collections, as well as to rings made of titanium, tungsten, steel or other alternative materials.

• Duration: 12 months (1 year) against manufacturing defects
• Manufacturing defect: An anomaly related to the design or assembly, usually detected quickly after receipt, not caused by wear and tear or an accident.
• Examples covered: Weld that breaks for no apparent reason. Machining or assembly defect.
• Does not cover: Scratches, cracks, deformation due to accident or mishandling, loss, theft, lost stones or diamonds. Damage caused by improper use, neglect, cleaning, or storage. Wear or deterioration of wood, meteorite, or other natural material inserts. Inability to resize. Any intervention by an external jeweler.

If the repair is not covered, a quote will be provided. If the model is no longer available, an equivalent model or one of equal or lesser value may be offered.

• Duration: 12 months (1 year) warranty for Mathieu Blanchard watches. Some watches have a warranty offered directly by the manufacturer; conditions vary by brand.
• Manufacturing defect: An anomaly related to the design or assembly, usually detected quickly after receipt, not caused by wear and tear or an accident.
• Examples covered: Manufacturing defects. Mechanism. Crown. Fastener
• Does not cover: Natural reactions of components (e.g., for watches with wooden inserts or elements), natural wear or deterioration (strap, links, buckle, crown), battery life, loss, theft, damage caused by negligence, accident or misuse, damage during battery replacement, damage caused by a third party during repair, damage caused by a tool during strap adjustment, glass (scratches), damage caused by prolonged immersion in water.

If the repair is not covered, a quote will be provided. If the model is no longer available, an equivalent model or one of equal or lesser value may be offered.

This guarantee applies to all repairs carried out in our workshop, whether it be welding, stone replacement, refurbishment or any other maintenance or restoration service.

• Duration: 30 days from the date of collection or delivery of the jewelry
  
• Repair defect: A defect directly related to the intervention or the repaired part, detected within 30 days of the service, not caused by misuse or an accident.
  
• Examples covered: Welding defect in the repaired area. Recurring problem on the part that was the subject of the intervention.
  
• Does not cover: Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, negligence, loss, theft, or lost stones or diamonds. The value or replacement of a center stone is not covered. In the event of the loss of a small stone due to a setting defect in the repaired area, replacement will be included in the warranty, up to a reasonable value.

If the problem is directly related to the repair performed, the correction will be covered at no extra cost. If the repair is not covered, a quote will be provided.
