How to use (foot bath):
Fill a small basin with hot water. Add The Foot ™ Rapie to this water and let macerate for 5 minutes. When the water starts to cool a little, put your feet in the pelvis while checking if the water is not too hot. Soak your feet for 15-30 minutes. Remove the feet when you start sweating. Dry your feet with a towel to remove any trace of moisture
Instructions for use (oil for the body):
Stir the bottle slightly before opening to disperse oils. To use as an oil for the body or a massage, take a small amount in the palm of your hand and massage on the skin, ideally just after a bath or shower. To use as bath oil, pour a small amount in the bath water.
